You can see a regularly updated detailed summary of my skills and experience on my LinkedIn profile. That’s where I show what I have to offer, while this page is about what I want for my career. 😊
What I Want to Do
I want to:
- Lead: Hire, train, mentor, and invest in talent and create an environment for continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization.
- Manage Holistically: Manage collaborative projects and innovative products from inception through their entire lifecycle. Iteration and innovation are my specialty. User research, experimentation, and testing are a big part of that.
- Take Responsibility: Foster a sustainable burnout-free workplace where everyone feels secure, included, and safe to be themselves. The organization benefits from the whole of each of our experience, and we can’t leverage that without safety.
- Adapt: Foresee and react to the changing global environment with technical innovation, decisiveness, and good faith compromise with colleagues and partners.
- Share Knowledge: Continue to build my reputation for speaking with kind candor about risk, opportunity, and providing solid general technical advice for decision-makers.
- Win: Set ambitious expectations and meet them consistently, so senior leadership can deliver on our promises to customers and shareholders.
Where I Want to Work
I want to work fully remote, or hybrid within the San Francisco/Oakland Area (accessible via public transit) for a company that:
- Values diversity and shows it in action
- Cares about doing things well and not just doing them quickly
- Does the right thing, even if doing otherwise may be more profitable
- Respects experience, takes expert advice seriously, and interprets data critically
- Invests in the skills and careers of its people
- Rewards employees based on clear metrics, based on outcomes
I’m available to start immediately for the right opportunity.
Company Size
I can magnify my ROI for large companies and have recent experience proving that, but smaller companies and startups benefit from my experience as well. I can handle many aspects of any project and flex to their circumstances day by day. I can also help scale operations with insights from several different steps along that road.
