When I have a down-to-earth discussion about homophobia with someone I respect, it’s hard for them to identify why they hate gay people.
I support every human being’s right to be who they want to be. If I was born a girl but still felt like a guy, I’d like to think I could make that transition without others treating me like a freak, or acting like I was doing something immoral.
Everywhere I look I see partisan extremists. So many people are so sure that they are right and unwilling to compromise at all.
